- Add grated ginger, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, carom seeds, roasted cumin seeds.in this and mix well.
- Now take a portion of the dough and make a ball. Flatten it on your palm and give the shape of tikki. Like wise make all the tikkis.
- Heat a non-stick griddle and put two spoon cooking oil and put tikkis and roast/fry till golden brown.
- Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown
- Serve hot with sauce.
