  4. Once you achieve this, pour in the baking powder and whisk. You have to work fast but very carefully. The mixture will start to bu ble and increase. You can mix in the vanilla flavor now or at the time of boiling the water and sugar (your choice on which you prefer to do).
  5. It is very important not to over mix this so as not to remove the air so once your mix in the baking powder, pour it out in the pan. Do not spread it with a spatula (IT WILL DEFLATE). Just let it be and leave to cool. Once cooled, you can crack it to different pieces and enjoy
