  3. Prepare 1 inch ginger

  7. Prepare 2 cup wheat flour
  8. Make ready 1 tsp besan powder
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp salt

Steps to make Palak/ Spinach Paratha:
  1. Firstly, Blanch the Palak and prepare a dough with palak puree by adding above mentioned ingredients in a mixer.
  2. Add the Palak puree to the mixing bowl then add in besan powder, salt and mix it.
  3. Further add in wheat flour, water as required(add little by little). Mix it well to form a dough.
  4. After mixing everything into a dough add ghee/oil and rest it for 30 minutes.
  5. Further pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it. Also dust with some wheat flour. Roll it in a thin circle like chapathi or paratha.
  6. Now on a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute. When the base is partly cooked, flip and cook. Also brush oil / ghee and press slightly.
  7. Finally, serve palak paratha with raita and pickle
