- Prepare 1 kg plum
- Make ready 700 gm sugar
- Get 1/2 tsp black salt
- Make ready 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
- Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 cup water
Instructions to make Plum Sauce:
- Wash and dry the plums. Cut the plums into small pieces. Carefully removing the seeds.
- Add 1 cup water. Blend with blender and make puree. Sieve it.Take a kadhai or any big vessel add plum puree and on the flame.
- Add sugar and cook the mixture about 20 - 25 mint until thick. Keep stirring in between.
- After 25 mint chutney thickens add the roasted jeera powder,red chilli powder, black salt and mix well and cook again for 5 mint.Add in sterilised jar.
